Policies

1. Booking Guidelines:

To ensure a smooth experience, please schedule group or spa events at least 2 days in advance. While we make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests during peak periods, advanced booking is highly recommended.

 

2. Financial Settlement Policy:

A 50% deposit must be made at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted include cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. Please be aware that checks are not accepted.

 

3. Gratuity Protocol:

A 20% gratuity is automatically included in the total cost of your service. If you feel that our therapists have provided exceptional service, additional tips are greatly appreciated.

 

4. Venue Requirement Standard:

In order to provide the best experience, please ensure that there is ample space for our therapists to work comfortably. We kindly request that you avoid tight spaces, and during hotter months, indoor settings are preferred. Please note that beach setups are not permitted.

 

5. Punctuality & Dress Code:

Our therapists will arrive 10-20 minutes early to set up and prepare for your session. To avoid any delays, we kindly ask that you confirm your event by phone. Additionally, we recommend that you dress comfortably in a perfume-free and smoke-free environment to enhance your relaxation.

 

6. Refund & Cancellation Terms:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within a 24-hour timeframe.

 

7. Professional Conduct Expectations:

Our therapists are dedicated to providing therapeutic massages for self-healing and relaxation. We maintain a strict policy against any inappropriate behavior. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the session, full charges, and denial of future services. Please note that we take this matter seriously and may take legal action if necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients and therapists.

8. Health Consideration Policy:

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you inform us at least one day before your appointment to reschedule. This allows us to accommodate your needs while ensuring the well-being of our therapists and other clients.

 

9. Solo Therapist Notice:

Please note that as a solo therapist, requests for more than one therapist must be made in advance for couples massages or group events. This ensures that optimal service can be provided and personalize each session to your satisfaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

10. For clients aged 15 and under, it is mandatory for the parent/guardian to be present in the treatment room at all times. Clients aged 16-17 may have the option of being in a separate session room, provided both the client and parent/guardian are comfortable with the child being in the session room independently.
